1. Products All products sold by MNI on store.mni.net are digital downloads intended for business use. Upon completed payment, you will receive access to download your purchased product.

 

2. License Purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use the digital product for internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the product is not permitted.

 

3. Payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full before access to any digital product is granted.

 

4. Refunds All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

 

5. Intellectual Property All content, toolkits, and materials sold by MNI remain the intellectual property of MNI. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

 

6. Limitation of Liability MNI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products.
